I’ve lived my life in fairytales;
Spent it waiting for a prince,
A fairy godmother to save me
And show me the difference
Between living and sleeping,
Growing and aging.
But mine’s a life spent in fairytales;
A life spent in waiting.
What I wouldn’t give
For a true love to save me.
