Are any truly independent?
Can we be happy all alone?
Or does some weakness come intrinsic
No matter how we’ve grown?
Is anybody truly happy
Whose jokes are all well known?
Does nothing new mean better living,
Or simply a life of stone?

Uh-huh, Rachel. Independence nourishes our accomplishments, but occasional dependence isn’t a weakness; it’s a comfort.

Well… Except for when it isn’t. With some people, a weakness for them can be a weakness indeed.
